Therapy and coaching are different kinds of work, and both can matter. Therapy focuses on understanding and healing the past, addressing psychological distress, and working with clinical conditions.
This work develops new capacities, and helps you remember forgotten ones. The ability to see more clearly, relate more honestly, and act from a steadier place, with more ease.
It is present and future-oriented, focused on what you are building toward, rather than what you are resolving. That said, I work with people who are also in therapy, and the two can complement each other well.
If therapeutic support is what someone needs, I will say so and help with a referral.

Integral Coaching is the foundation of my practice, and I trained through one of the most rigorous programs available.
But Inner Ground goes further. I have extended the methodology with additional lenses of my own design, drawn from somatic practices, relational ethics, ecological belonging, and contemplative traditions.
These bring in dimensions that standard Integral Coaching does not fully address: how the body holds what the mind is processing, how power and inherited patterns shape our relationships, and how our perception of the world itself can be developed as a capacity.
The result is a methodology that more holistically works with what is actually happening in a person's life.

Yes. I am a certified Integral Coach through Integral Coaching Canada (ICC).
I chose ICC because it’s one of the most rigorous developmental coaching programs available. I am currently completing additional advanced-level training and certification that significantly deepens the methodology, which I will finish by the end of 2026.

All sessions take place by video, globally.
This keeps the work accessible wherever you are, and means we can meet without adding travel or logistics to what is already a meaningful commitment.
I am based in the Seattle area and work with clients in English.

Each session is guided by where you are and what feels most alive for you right now. We work through conversation, guided practices, reflection, and inquiry, looking at how you currently see and respond to your situation, and opening space for helpful new approaches.
Sessions are organized into cycles of development, each one building on the last. The practices that carry the work between sessions are designed with you, collaboratively.
I meet you where you are. We figure out together what will actually fit your life, your pace, and what you are working toward. And that is where the real change happens.
Most sessions are sixty minutes and take place by video. Some conversations, like the intake, run longer.
And yes, occasionally we laugh!
-
The work is supported between sessions by a weekly reflection prompt delivered by email, tied to the current focus of your program, and a downloadable practice worksheet.
The time between sessions is where the cycles of development are lived in practice, not just discussed. This is where much of the actual change gently happens. It is not optional, it is part of the program and all of our discussions together.
Additional check-in sessions are available to book as needed at the add-on rate.
-
Most programs run about six months, with sessions every two to three weeks. Some go shorter, some longer, depending on what the work calls for.
Investment is discussed at the start of the program, once we decide together what it involves. Sliding scale access is available for those who need it.

I have personally been on the receiving end of many methods and modalities , and not always well served by them. I know what it is to not be met.
I have sat across from practitioners who were skilled but not present, well-meaning but off the mark, and even some who have unintentionally caused harm.
That history and learning lives in how I work. I take the trust required to work with someone seriously, and I hold myself accountable to it.
If something is not working, I want to know. That conversation is always available, and welcome.

Yes. I live with nervous system patterns shaped by complex trauma, including symptoms that overlap with ADHD.
I found my way through serious illness and significant loss using many of the same modalities this practice draws from, which I hope to share. I know what it feels like to need something that works for a dysregulated mind and body, and the relief of finding it. The framework was built with that in mind.
I have also spent thirty years working alongside and leading people who think in straight lines, people I admire and enjoy. I love that mind, and I know how to bridge differences in the way we process information and communicate.
This work is for anyone ready to go deeper. Some people arrive carrying a lot. Others arrive from a place of relative harmony and simply want more. More clarity, more range, more alignment between who they are and how they are living. All are welcome here.
Genuine care and non-judgment are not aspirational values. They are my ground condition.

Life happens and I hold that with flexibility where I can. If something comes up, reach out as soon as you can.
